[ He jerks his head toward the inside of his apartment as he walks in, expecting Shirou to follow. There's an open box of pizza on the coffee table in the living room. Something like a PSP rests on the couch. They're met by his crow Cybuddy, which hands him a watch before flying back to perch on the couch. ]

Oh, thanks. [ To Shirou. ] Remember the watch I toldja about?

I meant what I said literally. It's well kept and on top of that it's easy to relax here. [Yata why!! Shirou's just slow though it'll take a while for him to catch on.]

[ He's satisfied enough with that explanation. He won't press any further, so he'll just show the digital watch to Shirou. ]

I dunno, it just stopped working all of a sudden. Then I accidentally threw it at the wall.

[ Yata... It's intact, though. It's just out of batteries. ]

I told Tohsaka and she was calling me grandpa too soon. I just turned eighteen a few days ago. That doesn't qualify as old to me.
